E-Learning Localization

JTI has been helping companies train their global workforce for nearly ten years through eLearning localization. Over the years JTI has become adept with all course creation tools, architectures and styles, including PowerPoint augmentation tools like Articulate Studio, Adobe Presenter, and Trivantis Lectora Suite, Flash based eLearning that uses XML and Action Script frameworks, and screen capture software like Adobe Captivate and TechSmith’s Camtasia.

JTI is able to provide your company with end-to-end eLearning localization, leaving you with a finalized product ready for hosting. Listed below are the typical steps (and services) involved with any end-to-end eLearning project:

1. Translation of the onscreen and course-build text using subject matter experts, as well as any translation memories and/or style guides your company has.
2. Localization of course graphics using desktop publishing specialists.
3. Recording of course narration using voice-talents chosen by you.
4. Engineering of course source files to account for language expansion, as well as audio synchronization. After the files have been adjusted for localization, the course translations, audio files, graphics and course build are compiled for review.
5. Side-by-side review of the original and the newly localized courses is implemented. This review is for quality assurance purposes and ensures that the localized course matches the original in terms of its functionality and linguistic meaning.
6. After multiple quality assurance reviews, the localized course is ready to be compiled for the last time. Once the final compile is completed, JTI then publishes the course so that it is SCORM and LMS compliant.
7. Your company is able to upload the localized course and begin training your international workforce!

Voice-Over Recording

JTI has the unique ability to provide audio recordings done by native voice talents. With our state-of-the-art studios in the United States, Europe, and Asia, our voice talents are able to record training material and marketing presentations in over a dozen languages.

Every recording process involves at least three key people. First, there is the native voice talent you have chosen from our samples. Using qualified, practiced voice talent ensures that your company will be represented with the utmost professionalism around the globe. Second, there is a sound technician who is in charge of the Digital Audio Workstation. It is up to the technician to ensure a quality recording process. The third key person is the director who coaches the voice talent on pitch, tone, and enunciation, as well as proper phrasing of the script.

Due to our amazing network of talents, JTI is able to offer two tiers of audio talent excellence. Tier 1 quality is what we consider our Broadcast Quality Recordings which provide your company with almost unbeatable voice talent and recording quality. Tier 2 is consists of our Online Quality Recording which is excellent in quality and only surpassed by our Tier 1 recordings. Tier 2 works perfectly for all your internal training courses/e-Learning courses.

Video Localization

JTI offers end-to-end video production and post-production services including:
